While the first Sailor Moon R bumper would lead into the commercial break, as the commercials would finish, this second Sailor Moon R bumper would play as the show resumes.
This one begins with five different coloured frames with the transformation effects inside each. Sailor Mars and the other Inners would then appear in each frame followed by Sailor Moon.
The shot would then change to a shot of the moon as five different coloured beams of light shoot towards it. The Sailor Scouts are then shown standing together next to the Japanese Sailor Moon R logo as Sailor Moon yells out, "Sailor Moon R!".
