Sailor Moon's Tiara #2

The first time Sailor Moon transformed after the destruction of her first tiara she actually appeared for the first time without one.

As soon as she realises she's without one though, her body begins to glow and a new one materialises on her forehead. It's unclear if this second tiara appeared simply due to the fact that she no longer had one or if it was somehow created due to Sailor Moon's awakening connection to Tuxedo Mask who had just moments before, saved her life.

Most likely it was a combination of the two though there has been no official explanation one way or the other.

This new tiara is more ornate than the original one and features more prominent engravings, several pearls and a much larger gem at it's centre which is used to reflect the moonlight for the Moon Twilight Flash attack.

The second tiara transformed into a third version when Sailor Moon began to recall her memories of her past life in Act 8.
