| Adding Moonkitty.NET to Google A very cool feature that Google has started on it's main site is the option to personalise the Google main page with feeds from your fave websites, be they Sailor Moon themed or otherwise.
![]() My Personalised Google Page Pretty cool, huh? I no longer need to individually check most of my fave webpages. I can simply go to Google and all the sites updates are displayed on one page with links to each individual update! Of course not all my fave sites have RSS or ATOM feeds, so I have to check out those sites the old fashioned way (i.e. individually). That is, if I have the time to check them. In short, Sailormoon sites with feeds I add my Google homepage and thus can check more often, sometimes daily for updates!
![]() Create a Personalised Google Here ;) To create one of these wonders, click the link on the main page as shown in the above pic. After doing so, you will be taken to another page. Now you need to click on the text in the blue box on the left hand side of the screen. If you click on Personalize your Google homepage, you will get a free unlimited demo of the feature, but to save any changes you will have to Sign in so I suggest clicking on this link and registering a free Google account which will allow you to save your personalisations. Once you've signed up, repeat these steps and sign in.
![]() Start Personalising Here... Once you've signed in, click on the small tab tabled Add Content.
![]() ...and Continue Here The screen should have now slid in half with a variety of links on the left hand side. All these links are fun to experiment with later on, but right now click on the link that says Create a Section. Now, copy and paste the following into the field;
And click Go. You have now added Moonkitty.NET to your Google homepage!
![]() Mission Accomplished! Now that you've added Moonkitty.NET, you can start adding other Sailor Moon websites. Not many Sailor Moon websites have feeds yet, but the number is growing. The links to the XML files are normally linked via a button with either XML, RSS, FEED or ATOM on it. Moonkitty.NET uses our orange Luna P one as you can see in the right green menu at the top of the page. I hope this article helped. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to contact me. As with all content on Moonkitty.NET, please don't copy and paste this on your own site. You can however tell your visitors about the article and provide a link to it: http://www.moonkitty.net/site_google.php Cheers, and happy surfing! ~ Brad
