Overture
It's the past on the Moon Kingdom and Prince Endymion and his four generals are attacked by several mysterious people as Super Sailor Moon and Sailor Pluto look on.  The mysterious strangers are quickly thrown away and Endymion disappears. Sailor Pluto exits also leaving Super Sailor Moon by herself.
Endymion then returns and Super Sailor Chibi Moon enters.
NEW Moonlight Romance
It's now present day and Usagi and all the girls are celebrating Summer. Haruka is riding a bike with Mamoru humorously trying to keep up.
Time to be Young - Seishun no Shoumikigen
 Michiru reminds them all that the famous boyband the Three Lights are in town. Minako, Makoto, Usagi and Rei fantasise about how to win the boys' hearts.
While they're all celebrating, a mysterious pink haired girl flies over them and steals Setsuna's Garnet Orb. They capture the girl called Chibi Chibi and get the Garnet Orb back.
Suddenly four mysterious men enter and introduce themselves as staff of the Three Lights.
Enter the Jewel Managers - Jewel Managers Toujo
Four strange women are then introduced as dancers though they may have ulterior motives.
Dancing Mistress
The Three Lights then finally make their appearance and perform one of their songs;
See Me, It's Our Era - See Me, Bokutachi no Jidai
Everyone sings along with them and then follows them off stage leaving Mamoru and Hotaru together on stage.
One of the managers re-enters and suggests to Mamoru that she knows of his time in the hospital when he was a boy. As the manager leaves, Mamoru tells Hotaru how he was in a car crash with his parents when he was young which killed his mother and father and gave him amnesia. He then picks up a nearby guitar and sings for her a song which he remembers from his time in the hospital.
The Poet of the Wind - Kaze no Shijin
A masked women enters and begins to sing the song as well. As soon as the song finishes though several people enter and attack Hotaru and Mamoru.  Luckily the Sailor Starlights arrive and scare these villains away before disappearing themselves.
Everyone returns to the stage to see what all the noise is about. On the floor they find a pendant which holds a beryl stone and the manager tells them about the hall being haunted. A ghost then flies across the room and everyone decides to solve the mystery.
Excite a Ghost Mystery
During the investigations the "ghost" is revealed to be  a sheet and Hotaru disappears.
The masked woman from before then reappears with Hotaru as Sailor Saturn. Usagi and Mamoru ask what she's done to Hotaru but the woman simply says that Saturn is their "secret weapon" and that she will now return her to them. The woman then leaves and Saturn joins Usagi and Mamoru.
Elsewhere the most powerful Sailor Soldier in the Universe speaks to her Animamates, the mysterious woman who is now revealed to be Queen Beryl and the four Earth  generals.
Galaxia Gorgeous
Galaxia tells them that their mission is to get the Star Seed of Mamoru but she's interrupted by a singing voice. Galaxia becomes furious and tells them that their new mission is to track down the woman singing this song, Princess Kakyu.
Back in Tokyo, the Three Lights are also searching for Princess Kakyu and are singing their song to get her attention.
Chasin' After You
After the song, one of the managers enters and speaks a random rhyme about nothing in particular. The Three Lights get frustrated and leave.
Moments later Usagi enters and asks the manager where the Three Lights are. He refuses to tell her though as he thinks she's just a fan. Mamoru then catches up with Usagi and tells her that she shouldn't be walking around by herself with the new villains around. Haruka and Michiru then enter as well and tell them that Hotaru is being protected by Setsuna.
All of a sudden the Animamates, Heavy Metal Pappilon, Iron Mouse, Lead Crow and Aluminium Siren appear and begin to attack. Luckily Sailor Jupiter, Mars, Mercury and Venus arrive and defend their prince and princess.
 Mamoru then transforms into Tuxedo Mask and attacks with Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber.
Prince of the Earth
Queen Beryl then reveals herself to Tuxedo Mask and tells him that he was to marry her in their past life but now she wants his Star Seed she she and the generals can be properly reborn.
Sailors Pluto, Uranus and Neptune then arrive and start to defend everyone.
Broken MOBIUS (Talisman Version)
Sailor Moon arrives but becomes distraught when she begins to remember her past life and how the war between Earth and the Moon was her and Endymion's fault due to their love being forbidden.
The Last Change (21st Century)
A huge battle ensues with the Inner and Outer Soldiers, Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask, the generals and Queen Beryl. Tuxedo Mask yells for them all to stop but it's Sailor  Moon who puts an end to the fighting by attacking Beryl and the generals with Moon Princess Halation.
Galaxia appears and is furious with Beryl's failure. The Animamates step forward and attack the Sailor Soldiers. The Sailor Starlights run to defend them but the battle is stopped once more, this time by Chibi Chibi who announces the arrival of Princess Kakyu who tells them all how they fled their planet, Kinmoku when Galaxia destroyed it and came to Earth.
Arrical at the End of Time - Toki Michite Kourin
Later on after retreating from battle, Beryl tells her generals that Galaxia was afraid of Chibi Chibi and that they should use her against Galaxia. She also commands them to  capture Sailor Chibi Moon so they can use her against Tuxedo Mask to get his Star Seed.
Banquet in the Sky - Tenkuu no Utage
Galaxia and the Animamates enter and Galaxia tells them all to hurry up and attack as she can't wait any longer.
Galaxia's Dictatorship - Galaxia no Dokusai
Back in Tokyo, Usagi tells Kakyu and the Three Lights how happy she is that they found each other and says that they can now return to their home planet. Kakyu tells them that she came to Earth because of Usagi and her powerful Imperium Silver Crystal which is the one thing that can stop Galaxia.
Princess Kakyu and the Three Lights - Kakyuu-ouhi to Three Lights
Usagi asks Kakyu just who Galaxia is. Kakyu tells her that Galaxia once was a Sailor Soldier on a remote planet and one day she began killing Sailor Soldiers by stealing their Star Seeds and taking over the galaxy.
Suddenly there's a series of massive explosions and Kakyu says that Galaxia has now begun her attack on the city. Usagi agrees to help stop Galaxia and together with  the Three Lights they teleport to the Galaxy Cauldron.
Chibi Chibi then begins to tell the story of how she is the galaxy's most powerful Sailor Soldier and once upon a time she was fighting the greatest evil of all, Chaos. Chaos was so strong though that the only way to defeat it was to seal it within her body.
Galaxia then appears behind Chibi Chibi and continues the story of how Chaos began to take over her body and that the only way to save herself was to send her Star Seed (Chibi Chibi) far away.
They then stop telling the story as Chibi Chibi senses Chaos' presence nearby and the stage goes black.
In Azabu Juban, all the Sailor Soldiers and Tuxedo Mask are watching the the city being attacked. They agree to put a stop to it but are attacked by the Animamates. Sailor Pluto teleports them all away.
Elsewhere, two of the generals are trying to kidnap Chibi Chibi by dressing up as Sailor Chibi Moon and the witch from Snow White. The real Chibi Usa soon shows up and tries to save her but gets caught herself by giving Chibi Chibi and chance to escape.
The stages goes black once more. Tuxedo Mask appears by himself. Beryl enters and yells at him once more for breaking her heart. The generals then drag Sailor Chibi Moon on and blackmail Tuxedo Mask into giving Beryl his Star Seed. He falls to the ground, unconscious. Beryl and the generals leave.
A weakened Sailor Chibi Moon crawls towards Tuxedo Mask and apologises to him before passing out as well.
By Heaven Only God Knows! - By Heaven Kami Nomi zo Shiru!
In the Galaxy Cauldron, Super Sailor Moon, Princess Kakyu and the Starlights arrive and confront Galaxia.
Get Across the Moon (What For Shinjitsu no Kajitsu Version)
Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus arrive and try to fight but one after the other they have their Star Seeds taken and die.
 Sorezore no Elegy - An Elegy For Everyone
Queen Beryl then arrives with Tuxedo Mask (now evil and on her side) and the generals as well as Sailors Neptune, Uranus, Pluto and Saturn. She reveals Small Lady's Silver Crystal and attacks Galaxia with all of her energy. Galaxia and the Animamates retaliate though and almost kill her. Luckily Sailor Pluto blocks most of the blast.
Beryl is shocked that Pluto would risk herself but Pluto tells her that she also had fallen in love with Endymion and sympathises with her love that can never be accepted.
A Dispute Among Women - Onna no Ronsou
Tuxedo Mask hears this and  apologises to both women.
Sailor Saturn then teleports them away to the ends of Time to save them with Silent Wall.
Sailor Uranus and Neptune then realising that they are no match for Galaxia, tell her that they will join her. Galaxia steals their Star Seeds and gives them each their own golden bracelets.
Uranus and Neptune's Betrayal - Uranus to Neptune no Uragiri
To prove themselves, Uranus and Neptune turn and take Pluto and Saturn's Star Seeds, killing them.
Galaxia then commands them to kill Super Sailor Moon, but instead they turn on Galaxia and try to steal her's. Unfortunately Galaxia no longer has a Star Seed and is not affected by their attack. She then blasts Uranus and Neptune, steals their Star Seeds and leavese them to die.
Uranus and Neptune slowly reach for each other's hand and then tragically pass away.
Super Sailor Chibi Moon arrives much to everyone's surprise as does Beryl and the generals. Beryl announces that with Pluto dead, there's noone to guard Time so they  could travel back freely. Beryl also says that they didn't kill Super Sailor Chibi Moon because of the promise they made to Tuxedo Mask.
Flower of Resistance - Teikou no Hana
Another battle breaks out and finishes with Princess Kakyu attacking Galaxia. Galaxia retaliates and blasts both Beryl and Kakyu.
Beryl falls to the ground and with her last breath releases Tuxedo Mask's Star Seed.
Princess Kakyu also collapses and passes away.
The Starlights, grief stricken and furious attack Galaxia.
A Shooting Starlight
Super Sailor Chibi Moon, seeing that noone can defeat Galaxia calls out for Chibi Chibi to appear. Sailor Chibi Chibi arrives and shines her light of hope around the Galaxy  Cauldron.
NEW It's Alright - NEW Mou ii No
Tuxedo Mask then reincarnates due to Beryl releasing his Star Seed and attacks with Tuxedo Mirage which makes Galaxia disappear.
He tries once more to explain to the four generals that his love for the Moon Princess was real but they stop him and tell him that they now understand.
All of a sudden, Galaxia reappears as Sailor Chaos, now 100% evil and next to it is Queen Metallia who is revealed to be his sister. Fortunately now that Galaxia has disapeared, all the Star Seeds she had taken have been released and all the Sailor Soldiers return.
We Can't Remain Soldiers of Love Forever - Koi no Senshi ja Irarenai
Super Sailor Moon powers up into Eternal Sailor Moon and together with Super Sailor Chibi Moon destroy Chaos and Metallia with a Double Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss attack.
Princess Kakyu is also then revived as is Queen Beryl and Sailor Galaxia, now completely healed.
The entire cast (one of the, if not the largest musical cast ever) perform the classic;
Birth of a Legend - Densetsu Seitan
...followed by a really turbo fast Curtain Call to the instrumental version of Here Goes! Shining Star.
 The energy is really high with several performers such as Yu Shirota jumping down and waving at the audience from behind the curtain as it falls and brings to a close the Second Stage of the Sailor Moon Musicals.
Moments later Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Starmaker, Starhealer and Starhealer appear on stage for a special encore performance of,
Here Goes! Shining Star
Super Sailor Chibi Moon then joins everyone on stage for the song that started it all,
