Unnamed Ground Attack [live action]First Appearance: Act 43See Also: Exclusive to the live action Sailor Moon.
In Brief: This was a rather cool attack that came out of nowhere and with no verbal summoning. While the majority of Sailor Mercury's "new attacks" all looked too similar for their own good, this new attack of Sailor Jupiter's show's an incredibly original idea for a Sailor Soldier attack that actually uses the environment around her and takes out several Youma at the same time.
Cultural: "Lightning requires the electrical breakdown of a gas, so it cannot exist in a visual form in the vacuum of space. However, lightning has been observed within the atmospheres of other planets, such as Venus and Jupiter. Lightning on Venus is still a controversial subject after decades of study. During the Soviet Venera and U.S. Pioneer missions of the 1970s and 80s, signals suggesting lightning may be present in the upper atmosphere were detected.[50] However, recently the Cassini-Huygens mission fly-by of Venus detected no signs of lightning at all."
The Move: Sailor Jupiter raises her arms above her head and summon powerful green lightning to herself which fires between her palms. She then spins around quickly and upon stopping, immediately places her left hand on the ground which conducts her power and releases the lightning which splits into four separate blasts and travels through the pavement to blast four separate Youma simultaneously. No verbal phrase was used to summon this attack. It was only used once and done so in real time.
