Is Sailor Moon on Disney Plus?
Unfortunately, none of the Sailor Moon series and films are on the Disney Plus streaming service. This includes both the classic 90's Sailor Moon anime series and films and the newer Sailor Moon Crystal series and its Eternal and Cosmos movies. The Japanese live-action Sailor Moon series, often referred to as Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon or PGSM, and the Sailor Moon musicals are also not on Disney Plus.
The lack of any Sailor Moon content on the Disney Plus streaming service is simply due to the fact that Disney doesn't own the rights to the franchise as a whole nor any of the individual Sailor Moon series, films, and musicals.
Could Sailor Moon Come to Disney Plus in the Future?
Netflix seems to own the exclusive streaming rights to both Sailor Moon Eternal movies so it's doubtful that those productions will be coming to Disney Plus anytime soon. As for the Sailor Moon Cosmos movies, Sailor Moon Crystal, and the 90's Sailor Moon anime series, anything is possible but I wouldn't hold your breath.
Disney Plus mostly seems to be focused on the Star Wars and Marvel franchises in addition to productions from both the Disney and Fox movie studios right now. There are some anime series on Disney Plus but these are mostly series made exclusively for the D+ platform. Disney simply isn't into purchasing the streaming rights for shows from companies that it doesn't already own.
